Im Verlauf der letzten Nacht haben die an World of Warcraft mitarbeitenden Entwickler von Blizzard Entertainment den neuen Build 24026 auf den vermutlich noch bis zum Juni 2017 aktiv laufenden PTR von Patch 7.2.5 aufgespielt und den aktuell auf diesem öffentlichen Testserver spielenden Personen auf diese Weise dann wieder einmal einige Neuerungen und Änderungen zum Ausprobieren zur Verfügung gestellt. Dabei brachte dieses neue Version von Patch 7.2.5 zusätzlich zu den üblichen Klassenänderungen auch noch Gegenstände zum Verbessern von legendären Ausrüstungsteilen auf ein Itemlevel von 970, drei neue Glyphen für den Hexenmeister, eine Vielzahl von Neuerungen für die neue Band auf dem Dunkelmondjahrmarkt, Veränderungen an den T-20 Set Boni, den Micro-Feiertag “The Great Gnomeregan Run” und mehrere andere Kleinigkeiten mit sich. PTR Development Notes – Build 24026:

Today’s PTR update adds the Great Gnomeregan Race for testing! The best way to participate is by creating a level 1 Gnome and heading to the surface, where you’ll see the starting line for the race, as well as Mina Gleespanner, who will give you the quest to begin. Some elements of the race (including quest text) are incomplete, but we’d still appreciate your feedback, and will be opening a dedicated feedback thread shortly.

We’ll also be re-opening Black Temple Timewalking for testing tomorrow (Wednesday) from 2 PM to 4 PM Pacific time (5 PM to 7 PM Eastern), and we’d really love any testing you can manage during that time, as our encounter team will be watching carefully. If you’re able to help out, please do!

While you’re at it, if you’d like to test the trinkets from the Tomb of Sargeras raid, we’ve added them to Flaskataur in Dalaran. Note that, as of this post, they’re currently overtuned, but we’re planning to apply a hotfix to the PTR (hopefully within the next few hours) that will bring them down to a more appropriate level. In a future build, we’ll be adding the Tier 20 set pieces for testing as well.

You may also see some updates to the Mythic Keystone system in this build. That work is still in progress, but we’ll have a separate forum post later today that will include some details on what we’re planning.

  • Flurry Unleash a flurry of ice, striking the target 3 times for a total of [ 3 + 534.6% of Spell Power ] Frost damage. Each hit reduces the target’s movement speed by 70% for 1 sec. While Brain Freeze is active, Flurry also applies Winter’s Chill to the target. Mage – Frost Spec. 1% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. Instant.

  • Blackout Combo Reduces the cooldown of Blackout Strike by 1 sec. Blackout Strike also empowers your next ability: Tiger Palm: Damage increased by 200%. Breath of Fire: Cooldown reduced by 6 3 sec. Keg Smash: Reduces the remaining cooldown on your Brews by 2 additional sec. Ironskin Brew: Pauses Stagger damage for 3 sec. Purifying Brew: Grants you a stack of Elusive Brawler. Brewmaster Monk – Level 100 Talent.
  • High Tolerance Stagger delays an additional 10% of incoming damage. You gain up to 20% 15% Haste based on your current level of Stagger. Brewmaster Monk – Level 100 Talent.
  • Invoke Niuzao, the Black Ox Summons an effigy of Niuzao, the Black Ox for 45 sec. Niuzao attacks your primary target and taunts it. He also frequently Stomps, damaging all nearby enemies. Brewmaster Monk – Level 90 Talent. 40 yd range. Instant. 3 min cooldown.
  • Refreshing Jade Wind Summon a whirling tornado around you, causing [ 297% [ 429% of Spell Power ] healing over 6 9 sec to up to 6 allies within 8 yards, and increasing the heal over time of Essence Font by 200% while active.
