Update: Die Mitarbeiter der Seite „Curse“ haben mittlerweile ein neues Video zu dem kommenden Helden „Artanis“ veröffentlicht, welches die Fähigkeiten dieses Charakters etwas genauer darstellt und die Mechaniken der einzelnen Angriffe erklärt. Zusätzlich dazu geht dieses Video dann kurz auch noch darauf ein, was für Auswirkungen die verschiedenen Talente auf die verschiedenen Fähigkeiten haben und welchen anderen Helden der Protoss „Artanis“ derzeit aufgrund seiner Spielweise am ähnlichsten zu sein scheint.

Der in der nächsten Woche auf den Testservern erscheinende neue Patch für Heroes of the Storm wird dann nicht nur den neuen Helden „Lt. Morales“ beinhalten, sondern auch noch den zusätzlichen Charakter „Artanis“ beinhalten, der allerdings erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt als der Sanitäter freigeschaltet werden soll. Passend dazu konnten Data Miner mittlerweile bereits die einzelnen Fähigkeiten und Talente von „Artanis“ in den Spieldaten entdecken und das Ganze in Form eines Videos festhalten.
Die Fähigkeiten:
[D] Shield Overload – Cooldown: 20 seconds Trait If you take damage while below 50% Health, gain a 984 ( 186 + 42 per level) point Shield for 5 seconds. Your Basic Attacks lower the cooldown of Shield Overload by 4 seconds.
[Q] Blade Dash – 65 Mana Cooldown: 10 seconds Dash forward and deal 125 ( 30 + 5 per level) damage to enemies, then return and deal 375 ( 90 + 15 per level) damage.
[W] Twin Blades – 25 Mana Cooldown: 4 seconds Your next Basic Attack immediately strikes the enemy 2 times.
[E] Phase Prism – 70 Mana Cooldown: 14 seconds Fire a Phase Prism that deals 145 ( 50 + 5 per level) damage to Heroes and swaps your position with theirs.
[R] Purifier Beam – 80 Mana Cooldown: 80 seconds Target an enemy Hero with an orbital beam from the Spear of Adun, dealing 400 ( 96 + 16 per level) damage per second for 8 seconds. The beam will chase the target as they move. Unlimited range.
[R] Suppression Pulse – 40 Mana Cooldown: 50 seconds Fire a large area pulse from the Spear of Adun, dealing 250 ( 60 + 10 per level) damage and Blinding enemies for 4 seconds. Unlimited range.
[1] Khaydarian Resonance – Khaydarian Resonance If Phase Prism misses, reduce the cooldown by 8 seconds and refund 100% of the Mana.
[1] Reactive Parry – Reactive Parry Activating Twin Blades reduces the damage received from the next Hero Basic Attack by 50% . Can store up to 2 charges.
[4] Chrono Surge – Chrono Surge Hitting an enemy Hero with Phase Prism grants 25% bonus Attack Speed for 4 seconds.
[4] Lethal Alacrity – Lethal Alacrity Increases Blade Dash range and speed by 30% .
[4] Shield Battery – Shield Battery Reduces Shield Overload’s cooldown by 6 seconds if it lasts for the full duration.
[4] Templar’s Zeal – Templar’s Zeal Blade Dash cooldown recharges 75% faster while you are below 50% Health.
[7] Psionic Synergy – Psionic Synergy Every time Blade Dash hits an enemy Hero, it reduces Shield Overload’s cooldown by 4 seconds.
[7] Solarite Reaper – Solarite Reaper Increases the damage of the first dash of Blade Dash by 150% .
[7] Warp Sickness – Warp Sickness Phase Prism also slows the enemy’s Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds.
[10] Purifier Beam – Purifier Beam Target an enemy Hero with an orbital beam from the Spear of Adun, dealing 400 ( 96 + 16 per level) damage per second for 8 seconds. The beam will chase the target as they move. Unlimited range.
[10] Suppression Pulse – Suppression Pulse Fire a large area pulse from the Spear of Adun, dealing 250 ( 60 + 10 per level) damage and Blinding enemies for 4 seconds. Unlimited range.
[13] Graviton Vortex – Graviton Vortex Phase Prism pulls and damages an additional enemy Hero near the first.
[13] Phase Bulwark – Phase Bulwark When Shield Overload activates, you take 50% less damage from Abilities for 3 seconds.
[13] Triple Strike – Triple Strike Increases Twin Blades’s number of Basic Attacks to 3 .
[16] Psionic Wound – Psionic Wound Twin Blades final strike causes enemy Heroes to become Vulnerable for 2 seconds, increasing all damage taken by 25% .
[16] Shield Surge – Shield Surge Increases Shield Overload’s Shields by 50% , but decays to the normal amount over 3 seconds.
[16] Titan Killer – Titan Killer Twin Blades attacks against Heroes deal an additional 2.5% of the target’s maximum Health in damage.
[16] Zealot Charge – Zealot Charge While Twin Blades is active, you charge a short distance to your target.
[20] Force of Will – Force of Will Increases Shield Overload’s cooldown reduction from Basic Attacks to 6 seconds.
[20] Orbital Bombardment – Orbital Bombardment Suppression Pulse gains an additional charge. There is a 10 second cooldown between uses.
[20] Target Purified – Target Purified If the target of Purifier Beam dies, it automatically recasts on the nearest enemy Hero.
