Heroes: Eine weitere Bannwelle
Community Manager Spyrian veröffentlichte gestern Abend einen neuen Bluepost in den Battle.Net Foren, der die Spieler von Heroes of the Storm darüber informieren sollte, dass das Entwicklerteam dieses Titels in der vergangenen Woche leider erneut Maßnahmen gegen die Accounts von einigen äußerst problematischen Spielern einleiten musste. Dabei galt diese neue Bannwelle wieder einmal den Personen, die in der Vergangenheit extrem oft durch negatives Verhalten wie beispielsweise Feeding, Spielverweigerung oder AFK sein aufgefallen sind und dafür von anderen Spielern gemeldet wurden. Um sicherzustellen, dass die von dieser Bannwelle betroffenen Spielern ihre Strafen auch wirklich verdient haben, gingen die Mitarbeiter von Blizzard Entertainment im Vorfeld jede von der Community eingereichte Beschwerde per Hand durch und kontrollierten sowohl die Menge als auch die Art dieser Meldungen.
Zusätzlich dazu betonte Community Manager Spyrian in seiner Ankündigung dann auch noch einmal recht deutlich, dass die Mitarbeiter von Blizzard Entertainment solch ein schlechtes Verhalten nicht mehr länger in Heroes of the Storm oder einem ihrer anderen Computerspiele tolerieren werden. Wer also seinen Account für Heroes of the Storm und alle darauf freigeschalteten Inhalte behalten möchte, der sollte sich während einer Partie möglichst freundlich verhalten und aktiv auf das Abschließen der Schlachtfeldziele hinarbeiten.
Account Suspensions for Non-Participation – Jan 19, 2017
We’ve just issued a new round of account suspensions and bans for players who regularly go AFK, refuse to participate, or intentionally and repeatedly die during their Heroes of the Storm matches.
Today’s action was targeted at those whose in-game performance data clearly indicates a consistent lack of contribution to the majority of their matches. In order further confirm which accounts should be suspended or banned, we also review the data behind every one of these accounts by hand, as well as examine the volume and types of in-game reports these players have received. Through this three-point verification process, we are able to take regular and confident action against players who are intentionally harming the in-game experience for others.
Going AFK, refusing to participate, and intentionally dying are behaviors that ruin the experience for everyone else in a match and undermine the spirit of competition that’s essential to Heroes of the Storm. Taking part in these actions will not be tolerated, and we will continue to suspend and ban players who do. We’d like to thank those of you who use the relevant in-game reporting options when you spot these negative behaviors in your matches, and encourage you to continue doing so.
