Diablo 3: Der Übergang zwischen der dritten und vierten Ära
Am vergangenen Wochenende haben die Entwickler von Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls die dritte Season dieses Titels offiziell beendet und gleichzeitig damit dann auch das Ende der bis vor Kurzem laufenden dritten Ära eingeleitet. Da zwischen einer „Ära“ in Diablo 3 im Gegensatz zu Seasons allerdings keine Pause von mehreren Tagen oder Wochen benötigt wird, wurde die vierte Ära für dieses Spiel sofort nach dem Ende der dritten Ära gestartet.
Eine Ära in Diablo 3 bezeichnet dabei einen Zeitraum, in dem nicht-saisonale Ranglisten aktiv sind und von Spielern auf der offiziellen Seite von Blizzard angeschaut werden können. Das Ende solch einer Ära wird dann diese normalen Ranglisten zurücksetzen, sodass Spieler ihre Ränge auf dieser Bestenliste mit dem Start der neuen Ära dann erneut erreichen müssen.
The end of Season 3 is fast approaching, and with it, the end of our second Era.
In Diablo III, an “Era” refers to a specific period of time in which non-Seasonal leaderboards are active. At the end of an Era, all current non-Seasonal leaderboard standings will be wiped and players will be unable to attain new leaderboard ranks until a new Era begins. Similar to Seasons, players will be able to view previous rankings in-game and as well as on our website.
Similar to Era 2, Era 3 will be ending alongside Season 3 on Sunday, August 23. Era 4 will begin immediately afterward, while Season 3 is expected to begin on Friday,
August 28.
At the end of Season 3, all heroes created during the Season will become non-Seasonal and will be able to compete on the Era 4 leaderboards. For more information on the end of the Season and upcoming Season rollover, click here.
