Die Entwickler von World of Warcraft haben in der vergangenen Nacht den neuen Build 22731 auf den derzeit noch immer laufenden PTR von Patch 7.1 aufgespielt und dadurch dann wieder einmal einige Änderungen an den auf diesem Testserver vorhandenen Inhalten durchgeführt. Dabei handelte es sich bei diesem Build allerdings nur um ein recht kleines Update für diesen kommenden Patch, welches neben den üblichen Klassenänderungen, den Anpassungen an ein paar Tooltips, neuen Relikten mit Itemlevel 680 und Verbesserungen für einige der kosmetischen Rüstungssets aus der Prüfung des Mutes eigentlich kaum Neuerungen beinhaltete.

Die Entwickler haben einige der bereits mit dem letzten Build in dieses Update eingebauten kosmetischen Rüstungssets aus der Prüfung des Mutes noch einmal überarbeitet und neue Elemente zu bestimmten Ausrüstungsteilen hinzugefügt.

  • Unholy Mutation slime spawn now lasts 8 sec, down from 15.

 

 

Druid:

  • Essence of G’Hanir Release the natural power within G’Hanir to increase the frequency that all of your heal over time effects heal allies by 100% for 8 sec. Can’t be cast in Moonkin Form. Artifact. Instant. 1.5 min cooldown.
  • Full Moon Deals [ 1 + 1,800% of Spell Power ] Astral damage to the target and reduced damage to all other nearby enemies, and resets Full Moon to become New Moon. Generates 40 Astral Power. Can’t be cast in Cat Form, Tree of Life Form, Travel Form, Bear Form. Flight Form. Artifact. 40 yd range. 3 sec cast.
  • Half Moon Deals [ 1 + 900% of Spell Power ] Astral damage to the target and empowers Half Moon to become Full Moon. Generates 20 Astral Power. Can’t be cast in Cat Form, Tree of Life Form, Travel Form, Bear Form. Flight Form. Artifact. 40 yd range. 2 sec cast.
  • New Moon Deals [ 1 + 450% of Spell Power ] Astral damage to the target and empowers New Moon to become Half Moon. Generates 10 Astral Power. Can’t be cast in Cat Form, Tree of Life Form, Travel Form, Bear Form. Flight Form. Artifact. 40 yd range. 1 sec cast.
  • Travel Form Shapeshift into a travel form appropriate to your current location, increasing movement speed on land, in water, or in the air, and granting protection from Polymorph effects. The act of shapeshifting frees you from movement impairing effects. Land speed increased when used out of combat. This effect is disabled in battlegrounds and arenas. Can’t be cast in Tree of Life Form, Moonkin Form. Shapeshift. Instant.

 

Talents

  • Bloodtalons Casting Regrowth causes your next two melee abilities to deal 40% 50% increased damage for their full duration. Feral Druid – Level 100 Talent.
  • Cenarion Ward Protects a friendly target for 30 sec. Any damage taken will consume the ward and heal the target for [ 220% of Spell Power ] over 8 sec. Can’t be cast in Flight Moonkin Form. Restoration Druid – Level 15 Talent. 9.2% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. Instant. 30 sec cooldown.
  • Flourish Extends the duration of all of your heal over time effects on friendly targets within 60 yards by 6 sec. Can’t be cast in Moonkin Form. Restoration Druid – Level 100 Talent. Instant. 60 sec cooldown.
  • Nature’s Balance Aligns the power of the Moon and Stars, causing Lunar Strike to extend the duration of your Moonfire by 6,000.0 sec, and Solar Wrath to extend the duration of your Sunfire all of your Sunfires by 4,000.0 sec. Balance Druid – Level 100 Talent.

 

PvP Talents

  • Celestial Downpour now increases the duration of Starfall by 100% rather than damage by 30%.
  • Celestial Guardian (New) While in Bear Form, you take 30% less damage form spells and receive 20% increased healing. Balance Druid – Tier 2 PvP Talent.
  • Deep Roots (New) Damage no longer cancels your Entangling Roots. Balance Druid – Tier 5 PvP Talent.
  • Disentanglement (New) Efflorescence removes all snare effects from friendly targets when it heals. Restoration Druid – Tier 2 PvP Talent.
  • Druid of the Claw While in Bear Form, your chance to be critically hit is reduced by an additional 10%. In addition, when hit by melee attacks while in Bear Form you have a 10% chance to cast Rejuvenation on yourself free of cost. Druid Any2 Role – Tier 2 PvP Talent. Restoration Druid – Tier 2 PvP Talent.
  • Dying Stars Name changed from “Sunset” to “Dying Stars”.
  • Eclipse (New) Reduces the cooldown of Celestial Alignment by 60 sec, and when you use Celestial Alignment a beam of light is summoned at your location granting you 70% reduction in silence and interrupts for 10 sec. Balance Druid – Tier 3 PvP Talent.
  • Faerie Swarm Swarms the target with Faeries, reducing the target’s movement speed by 30% and chance to hit by 50% disarming the enemy, preventing the use of any weapons or shield and reducing movement speed by 30% for 8 sec. Balance Druid – Tier 5 PvP Talent. 25 30 yd range. Instant. 30 sec cooldown.
  • Fortified Bark Targets with your Ironbark take an 25% reduced chance to be critically hit Reduces the cooldown of your Ironbark by an additional 15 sec, and increases the damage reduction effect by an additional 30%. Restoration Druid – Tier 4 PvP Talent.
  • Ironfeather Armor (New) Increases your armor by an additional 50% and reduces your chance to be critically hit by melee attacks by 20% while in Moonkin Form. Druid Any2 Role – Tier 2 PvP Talent.
  • Prickling Thorns When your Entangling Roots is removed, dispelled, or ends, the target will take 100,000 damage. Druid Any2 Role – Tier 3 PvP Talent. 4 PvP Talent.
  • Revitalize When targets with your Rejuvenation are hit by a melee critical attack, they will be healed for [ 1 + 200% of Spell Power ] and the duration of your Rejuvenation will be refreshed. Restoration Druid – Tier 4 PvP Talent.
  • Thorns Sprout thorns for 15 sec, causing [ 50% of Spell Power ] Nature damage to attackers when hit 12 sec on the friendly target. When victim to melee attacks, thorns deals Nature damage equal to 5% of the attackers total health. Attackers also have their movement speed reduced by 50% for 4 sec. Restoration Druid – Tier 2 PvP Talent. 12% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. Instant. 45 sec cooldown.

 

Restoration

  • Efflorescence Grows a healing blossom at the target location, restoring [ 56.44% of Spell Power ] health to three injured allies within 10 yards every 2 sec for 30 sec. Limit 1. Can’t be cast in Cat Form, Travel Form, Bear Form, Moonkin Form. Druid – Restoration Spec. 21.6% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. Instant.
  • Tranquility Heals all allies within 40 yards for [ 5 + 900% of Spell Power ] over 8 sec. Healing increased by 100% when not in a raid. Can be cast in Tree of Life Can’t be cast in Moonkin Form. Druid – Restoration Spec. 18.4% of Base Mana. 8 sec cast (Channeled). 3 min cooldown.

 

 

Hunter:

  • Fury of the Eagle Furiously strikes all enemies in front of you, dealing [ 625% [ 1,125% of AP ] Physical damage. Damage increased by Mongoose Fury. Artifact. 8 yd range. 4 sec cast (Channeled). 45 sec cooldown.
  • Fury of the Eagle Deals [ 125% of AP ] Physical damage in a frontal cone to enemies within a 8 yards. 8 yd range. Instant. Furiously strikes all enemies in front of you, dealing [ 1,125% of AP ] Physical damage. Damage increased by Mongoose Fury. 8 yd range. Instant.

 

Talents

  • Ranger’s Net Hurls a net at the enemy, rooting the target for 3 sec and then reducing movement speed by 50% for 15 sec. Damage may break the effect. Survival Hunter – Level 75 Talent. 30 Focus. 40 yd range. Instant. 1 sec cooldown.

 

 

Monk:

PvP Talents

  • Fast Feet Reduces the duration of snares by 20%. You move 15% faster for 3 sec after being attacked. Monk Any2 Role – Tier 2 PvP Talent.
  • Heavy-Handed Strikes Your first strike of Fists of Fury knocks targets to the ground, stunning them for 4 sec. Fists of Fury has a 5 yard increased range, and reduces the movement speed of enemies struck by 70% for 2 sec. Windwalker Monk – Tier 5 PvP Talent.
  • Zen Moment Name changed from “Zen Meditation” to “Zen Moment”. Reduces all damage taken by 90% for 4 sec 20% and increases incoming healing by 20% for 10 sec. Each attack that triggers Combo Strikes reduces this effect by 5%. Windwalker Monk – Tier 3 PvP Talent. 4 sec cast (Channeled). 3 min cooldown. 5 Chi. Instant. 45 sec cooldown.

 

 

Paladin:

  • Consecration Deals [ 1 + 30% of AP ] Holy damage every 1 sec to enemies within 8 yards. Unlimited range. Instant.

 

Talents

  • Holy Wrath Deals 200% of your missing health in Holy damage to 4 nearby enemies, up to 120 120% of your maximum health. Deals 50% of missing health against enemy players. Limited to 4 targets. Retribution Paladin – Level 100 Talent. Instant. 3 min cooldown.

 

PvP Talents

  • Darkest before the Dawn Every 5 sec the healing done by your next Light of Dawn is increased by 20% 10%. Stacks up to 10 times. This effect does not occur while Light of Dawn is on cooldown. Holy Paladin – Tier 4 PvP Talent.
  • Steed of Glory Your Divine Steed lasts for an additional 4 sec. While active you become immune to crowd control effects, and you knockback knock back enemies that you move through. Protection Paladin – Tier 5 PvP Talent.

 

 

Priest:

Talents

  • Shadow Crash tooltip now specifies that spell does Shadow damage.

 

PvP Talents

  • Premonition Heals nearby targets within 20 yards for [ 300% of Spell Power ], and applies Atonement to yourself. Deals [ PS * BC ] Shadow damage to yourself for each Atonement you have active. and increases their duration by [ 3 + 0.2% of Spell Power ] sec. Discipline Priest – Tier 3 PvP Talent. Instant. 12 sec cooldown.
  • Searing Light The damage of your Smite is increased by 30%. When you deal damage with Smite the cooldown of your Penance is reduced by 1 sec, and increases the damage done by your Smite by 30%. Discipline Priest – Tier 3 PvP Talent.

 

 

Rogue:

Talents

  • Agonizing Poison now has a 1.5 sec cast time, down from 3 sec.
  • Leeching Poison now has a 1.5 sec cast time, down from 3 sec.
  • Marked for Death Marks the target, instantly generating 5 0 combo points. Cooldown reset if the target dies within 60 sec. Rogue – Level 100 Talent. 30 yd range. Instant. 60 sec cooldown.

 

PvP Talents

  • Deadly Brew Deadly Poison also causes Wound Poison’s reduced healing received effect. Assassination Rogue – Tier 4 PvP Talent.

 

Assassination

  • Crippling Poison now has a 1.5 sec cast time, down from 3 sec.
  • Deadly Poison now has a 1.5 sec cast time, down from 3 sec.
  • Venomous Wounds You regain 7 Energy each time your abilities deal Bleed damage to a poisoned target. Rogue – Assassination Spec. If an enemy dies while afflicted by your Rupture, you regain energy based on its remaining duration. Rogue – Assassination Spec.
  • Wound Poison now has a 1.5 sec cast time, down from 3 sec.

 

 

Shaman:

  • Hex Transforms the enemy into a spider for 60 sec. While hexed, the victim is incapacitated, and cannot attack or cast spells. Damage will may cancel the effect. Limit 1. Only works on Humanoids and Beasts. 30 yd range. 1.7 sec cast. 30 sec cooldown.
  • Hex Transforms the enemy into a frog for 60 sec. While hexed, the victim is incapacitated, and cannot attack or cast spells. Damage will may cancel the effect. Limit 1. Only works on Humanoids and Beasts. 30 yd range. 1.7 sec cast. 30 sec cooldown.
  • Hex Transforms the enemy into a cockroach for 60 sec. While hexed, the victim is incapacitated, and cannot attack or cast spells. Damage will may cancel the effect. Limit 1. Only works on Humanoids and Beasts. 30 yd range. 1.7 sec cast. 30 sec cooldown.
  • Hex Transforms the enemy into a compy for 60 sec. While hexed, the victim is incapacitated, and cannot attack or cast spells. Damage will may cancel the effect. Limit 1. Only works on Humanoids and Beasts. 30 yd range. 1.7 sec cast. 30 sec cooldown.

  • Earthen Rage now does Nature damage instead of Fire damage.
  • Earthen Shield Totem Summons a totem with Total Health health at your feet for 15 sec. Spell Power damage from each attack against allies within 10 yards of the totem is redirected to the totem. Restoration Shaman – Level 75 Talent. 11% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. Instant. 60 sec cooldown.
  • Fury of Air tooltip now specifies Nature damage.

 

PvP Talents

  • Shamanism Your Bloodlust spell now has a 45 sec. cooldown, but only affects you and your friendly target when cast for 10 sec. In addition, Bloodlust is no longer affected by Exhaustion Stated. Enhancement Shaman – Tier 5 PvP Talent.

 

 

Warlock:

  • Chaos Bolt now has a 100 yd range, up from 40.
  • Shadow Bolt now has a 100 yd range, up from 40.
  • Thal’kiel’s Consumption Thal’kiel drains 8% of the life from your demon servants and unleashes a blast of Shadow damage at your current target equal to the life he stole. 40 yd range. Instant. 100 yd range. Instant.

 

Talents

  • Contagion Unstable Affliction also increases all damage you deal to the target by 15% You deal 12% increased damage to targets affected by your Unstable Affliction. Affliction Warlock – Level 30 Talent.

 

PvP Talents

  • Cremation Immolate is now instant cast, and Conflagrate deals an additional 8% of the target’s total health in Fire damage, but now consumes Immolate. Destruction Warlock – Tier 4 PvP Talent.
  • Entrenched in Flame (New) Conflagrate roots targets for until cancelled. This effect does not break from damage. Destruction Warlock – Tier 5 PvP Talent.
  • Fel Fissure Chaos Bolt creates an eruption of Felfire under the target, dealing Shadow damage every 1 sec and reducing all healing recieved by 50% for 10 sec sec to all enemies within 5 yards of the initial target. Destruction Warlock – Tier 4 PvP Talent. 5 PvP Talent.
  • Firestone Restores 2 Soul Shards and increases your spell critical strike chance by 100% for 7 sec. Destruction Warlock – Tier 5 4 PvP Talent. Instant. 45 sec cooldown.
  • Focused Chaos (New) Increases the damage of your Chaos Bolt by 200%, but it no longer is also cast on your targets afflicted by your Havoc. Destruction Warlock – Tier 4 PvP Talent.

 

Affliction

  • Unstable Affliction (Affliction) Multiple casts may overlap. You may afflict a target with up to 5 Unstable Afflictions at once. If dispelled, deals [ 184% of Spell Power ] damage per stack to the dispeller and silences them for 4 sec. Refunds 1 Soul Shards if the target dies before 8 sec have elapsed. while afflicted.
  • Unstable Affliction (Demonology, Destruction) Multiple casts may overlap. You may afflict a target with up to 5 Unstable Afflictions at once. If dispelled, deals [ 184% of Spell Power ] damage per stack to the dispeller and silences them for 4 sec.
