Gleichzeitig mit der Ankündigung zum Start der offiziellen Alpha zu Warlords of Draenor haben die Entwickler von Blizzard die Daten dieser kommenden Erweiterung auf einen öffentlichen Server verlegt, sodass findige Data Miner nun die Chance haben erste Informationen zu diesem Titel zu sammeln. Auch wenn der Großteil der gefundenen Daten reaktiv uninteressant ist und nur eine Reihe von Namen oder Bezeichnungen beinhaltet, so gibt es doch auch einige recht vielversprechende Punkte zu entdecken. Dazu gehören neben Gegenständen, Kreaturen und Gesprächen beispielsweise auch die Namen der neuen Bosse, Beschreibungen der kommenden Glyphen und erste Informationen zu Szenarien.

Die Bosse in WoD:

Selbst wenn die Namen der kommenden Dungeons und Raids bereits von den Entwicklern veröffentlicht wurden und Spieler bereits davon ausgehen konnten, dass sie auf Endbosse wie Blackhand oder auch Kargath Bladefist treffen können, so werden doch auch bei den normalen Bossen einige interessante Namen aufgeführt. Beispielsweise sieht es ganz danach aus, als würde man in der Schwarzfelsfabrik auf eine von den Orcs unterworfene Version von Gruul treffen.

Was die bisher im Alpha Client gefundenen Szenarien betrifft, so sind die Daten zu vielen der Instanzen leider noch etwas unvollständig. Ansonsten klingen viele der bisher gefunden Namen und Aufgaben recht interessant, wobei besonders die “Schlacht um Shattrath” als besonderer Höhepunkt in der Geschichte von Draenor heraussticht.
